Ohio’s EdChoice school voucher program, which helps families use public funds to pay private school tuition, is facing a major legal challenge — but for now, the program continues. “EdChoice is the law of the land. It is funded. It is operational. It is available for Ohio parents,” Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost said in a press conference back in July, defending the program.
