TOLEDO, Ohio-Dominyk Van Hoy, 18, from Swanton, was charged with first-degree felony rape in Toledo Municipal Court. He is accused of engaging in sexual conduct with a 5-year-old child in Toledo on May 13, as stated in a court document. Matthew Van Hoy was arrested and taken to Lucas County Jail on Monday afternoon. Following his arraignment on Tuesday morning, a Lucas County judge set his bond at $500,000 with no percent allowed. Van Hoy was instructed not to have any contact with the victims or their families. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 28.
