Toledo City Council on Tuesday approved a $32,500 settlement to a lawsuit filed by the guardian of a girl who was injured when a tombstone fell on her at a city-owned cemetery in 2017.
The girl, who according to legislation text was a minor at the time of the incident, needed scar revision surgery. The settlement also covers attorney fees.
