KENSON, Ohio-The Kenston School Board has initiated the process to place a five-year, 1-mill permanent improvement levy on the November ballot. This levy, if passed, would generate around $1.2 million annually and would fund various long-term infrastructure projects such as school buses, facility repairs, safety upgrades, and technology enhancements. It’s important to note that revenue from this levy cannot be used for salaries, benefits, or daily operations of the school district.
