Baseball isn’t just a game for Wellington’s Johnnie Kinter, it’s a way of life. Kinter spends every day playing, practicing or thinking about the sport he loves, therefore it’s only fitting that he’s now known as Mr. Baseball. Kinter was presented with the 2025 Lorain County Mr. Baseball award Wednesday at The Pipe Yard prior to the Jim Popiel Lorain County All-Star Game.
