ASHLAND, Ohio-The Ashland City Schools Board of Education approved a three-year collective bargaining agreement with the Ashland City Teachers Association after negotiations since March. The agreement includes annual base pay increases of 1.5-2% and COVID-19 related bonuses for teachers.
