WARREN, Ohio-Kevin Bosak, a former school bus driver accused of inappropriate touching, had his sexual imposition charge dismissed without prejudice in Warren Municipal Court. The dismissal occurred during a pretrial where evidentiary issues were noted.
The charge stemmed from an incident in March where an 11-year-old girl alleged Bosak struck her buttocks in a bus garage. Bosak was previously employed at LaBrae Local School District but has since left his position there.
