Anjuan Marion was 16 years old when he fatally shot Ryan Healey in Over-the-Rhine in April 2023.
Healey, 25, was not far from his home near Rothenburg Preparatory Academy when Marion, who was in a vehicle, shot him in the chest.
While Healey lay bleeding on the pavement, an unidentified person walked up to him and stole his wallet, Healey’s partner at the time, Grace Garber, told a judge Friday in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court.
