A Fremont City Schools teacher was charged with sexual battery of a minor, according to court records and the Fremont City School District.
Alan Mehlow, 31, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with third-degree felony Sexual Battery. The victim was a “minor of school person or authority”, according to the charge, which was filed in Fremont Municipal Court.
