Parenting is hard work. Having your child be diagnosed with a disability can make it even more challenging.
One nonprofit is helping those parents navigate the unknown and feel less alone.
Connecting for Kids is a nonprofit that provides resources, support and community to families in northeast Ohio who have any concerns about their child.
“It can be anything from autism, to anxiety, to AHDH to academic issues. It’s a wide range of services,” said Tish Henry of Connecting for Kids.
