Authorities have arrested a Toledo man for alleged sex crimes against children as a result of an international operation to find victims depicted in child pornography. Chaz Jacob, 34, of Toledo, is facing federal charges of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Receipt and Distribution of Child Pornography. Charging documents allege he admitted to more than 100 instances of sex crimes against multiple underage children in an interview with investigators.
