A Martins Ferry man was arraigned for the shooting of teen that occurred in late December 2024.
Officials confirm that Reuben Hilson, a 22-year-old resident of Martins Ferry, appeared before Judge John Vavra for arraignment regarding a shooting incident that took place in Bellaire on December 29, 2024.
The shooting left a 17-year-old injured.
Hilson has been charged with three counts of felonious assault and three counts of discharging a firearm in or near public roadways.
