A woman who was looking to volunteer with a local group that helps support foster children was indicted on multiple felony child endangerment charges, according to court documents. On March 3, she turned herself in. Rachel Heier, 38, of Holland, was indicted on five counts of child endangerment on Monday. Four counts are second-degree felonies, and the fifth count is a third-degree felony.
