Many of us have dogs and when we take them for walks, we should clean up after them.
But 16-year-old JayCee Blue, of Maumee, noticed that wasn’t always happening in her neighborhood.
“This was my Eagle project for Scouts,” JayCee said. She joined the Scouts about five years ago when the Boy Scouts opened the organization to girls.
