A group of parents of Dennis Elementary School second-graders on Wednesday said they should have been notified about a threat aboard a school bus and apparent ongoing classroom behavior problems involving the same student. “There has been poor communication between the school and parents,” Heather Sartin said at the Board of Education meeting in the Springboro High School library.
