A contracted school van driver for Struble Elementary was arrested Tuesday after police say he inappropriately touched a young girl. Colerain Township Police arrested 41-year-old Steffen Yates, a contracted driver for the Northwest Local School District, around 4:30 p.m., accusing Yates of making sexual contact with a student younger than 13 years old, according to court documents.
