PIQUA, Ohio-Two suspects were arrested by Piqua police after an 18-year-old was shot in the 800 block of Fisk Street shortly after midnight. The victim sustained a minor gunshot wound but refused medical treatment at the scene. The shooting involved a known altercation between the victim and a 16-year-old suspect, who fired multiple shots before fleeing with an 18-year-old accomplice. Following a tip-off, both suspects were apprehended at a gas station on South Street without resistance. The 16-year-old suspect faces three felonious assault charges and has been taken to a juvenile detention center, while the 18-year-old has not been charged yet. The investigation is ongoing with the possibility of additional charges.
