PLAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio-Two men and one woman have been indicted in connection with the fatal shooting of a 7-year-old boy, according to the Stark County Court of Common Pleas. Brittany Franko faces charges of obstructing official business, Joseph King is charged with tampering with evidence, and William Dolch faces charges of reckless homicide, endangering children, tampering with evidence, and having weapons while under disability, with a firearm specification. Dolch and King have a hearing scheduled for August 16, while Franko’s hearing is set for September 6.
