SAVANNAH, Ohio-The Ashland County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a severe incident involving a six-year-old child who was restrained with handcuffs on his hands and feet when a pit bull attacked him on August 19 in Savannah, Ohio. Deputies responded to the scene, found the child in serious condition, and arranged for a Life Flight transport. The pit bull and its owner were later discovered hiding and the dog was seized as a vicious animal. The investigation is still ongoing.
