NORTH RIDGEVILLE, Ohio-On May 28, an officer noticed a car parked in a through-way within a private parking lot. The driver was found to be intoxicated and was taken to the hospital. Two children who were present in the car were handed over to their father. Subsequently, the mother was charged with drunk driving and child endangerment.
