BOWLING GREEN, Ohio-The Bowling Green Middle School teacher, Dylan Stark, who resigned last month, has been cited for furnishing alcohol to an underage person, a first-degree misdemeanor. Stark allegedly provided alcohol to a 17-year-old high school student at a downtown bar.
The police investigation, prompted by concerns reported by Superintendent Francis Scruci, concluded that this was the extent of Stark’s wrongdoing. Stark, who was also a football coach, had been hired by the district in 2017. The investigation involved interviews with multiple witnesses, including Stark and his attorney. Following the internal investigation conducted by the school district, Stark resigned on October 29th. The district emphasized the importance of waiting for investigation results before spreading rumors. While some allegations were unfounded, Stark’s actions were found to be true.
