GREEN, Ohio-During its regular meeting on Feb. 26, the Green Local Schools Board of Education approved 12 resolutions to challenge the valuation of real properties sold in tax year 2023. The properties were deemed to have been sold above their true values by 10% and $535,000.
The board also made several other decisions, including changing the date of the March meeting, renewing membership in the Ohio High School Athletic Association, approving supplemental contracts for spring sports coaches, and authorizing various payments and trips. Additionally, the board recognized outstanding students and staff members. The next board meeting is scheduled for March 11.
