Joshua Kennedy, 33, pleaded no contest and was found guilty of child endangering and OVI charges stemming from a traffic stop in Columbiana. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail, two years of probation, and ordered to abstain from alcohol, undergo substance abuse treatment, and perform 20 hours of community service.
Kennedy was pulled over for speeding and found to be intoxicated, with open bottles of vodka in the vehicle. A 6-year-old child in the back seat was not wearing a seat belt. Kennedy’s passenger, Brandi Pulver, faced charges of endangering children and improper handling of a firearm, but a grand jury indictment was not served, and there has been no further action in her case.
