MARYSVILLE, Ohio-Memorial Health has awarded scholarships to local seniors in three areas this year. Six students planning to pursue health-related majors received Memorial Hospital Medical Staff Scholarships, including those studying nursing, biochemistry, dental hygiene, psychology, and pre-med.
Three additional seniors, who volunteered at Memorial, were awarded Memorial Health Volunteer Services Scholarships. Another scholarship, the Dr. Douglas S. Skura Scholarship, was given to Claire Wolfe, a medical student. These scholarships aim to support students pursuing higher education in health-related fields, continuing Memorial Health’s tradition of community support and investment in future healthcare professionals.
