CLEVELAND, Ohio-Cleveland police are seeking help in locating 6-year-old Kylie Flenoy, who has been missing since May 24. She was dropped off by her father at a relative’s residence in the 4200 block of West 123rd Street. Due to her age and the circumstances, Kylie is considered endangered.
