MERCER, Ohio-A man in Mercer County, Cameron Gehr, is facing charges after allegedly assaulting a seven-month-old infant, resulting in a fractured arm. On October 23, troopers responded to a call from a hospital where the infant was being treated for multiple injuries, including bruises, scratches, and a spiral fracture, which medical staff indicated were signs of abuse in a non-mobile child.
