STUDENTS LEARN FUTURE CAREER PATHS AT LINDEN STEM SUMMER EXPERIENCE

COLUMBUS, Ohio-This summer at Linden STEM Academy, Ricky Carroll, a rising second-grade student, engaged in STEM learning by pretending to be various animals, exploring their behaviors and habitats. The academy partnered with Franklin Park Conservatory to offer innovative lessons that emphasize STEM education. Renee Harris, the Summer Experience coordinator, highlighted the program’s goal of exposing students to diverse STEM careers and fostering their STEM skills through interactive lessons. The program aims to inspire staff members to integrate STEM principles into their classrooms throughout the school year, fostering growth in the District’s STEM education initiatives.
