CINCINNATI, Ohio-Alicia Diciero appeared in court on Tuesday after allegedly hitting a 15-year-old girl with her car in West Price Hill. Diciero faces charges of aggravated vehicular assault and vehicular assault. The incident occurred on Monday around 7:27 a.m. on Glenway Avenue, where Diciero, driving a 2009 Hyundai Elantra, reportedly drove onto a sidewalk and struck the teen who was waiting at a Metro bus stop. Diciero also hit a street sign but was unharmed. Witnesses reported seeing Diciero asleep behind the wheel before the crash, and crack cocaine was found at the scene. The 15-year-old was seriously injured and taken to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Diciero’s bond was set at $100,000, and she is scheduled to appear in court again on September 5. The judge has ordered her not to contact the victim.
