CLEVELAND, Ohio-A child was struck by a car outside Artemus Ward Elementary School in Cleveland around 9:20 a.m. The incident occurred in the 4300 block of West 140th Street. Fortunately, the child sustained only minor injuries and was taken to the hospital as a precaution. The child’s age was not confirmed by the police. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
