COLUMBUS, Ohio-Seth M. Warrens, a 31-year-old Columbus man, faces up to four years in prison after pleading guilty to gross sexual imposition and importuning involving a 12-year-old girl in Huber Heights. His plea agreement includes a prison sentence of one to four years, with two additional counts dismissed. The abuse occurred between December 2021 and July 2022, leading to an investigation by Huber Heights police. Warrens will also be designated a Tier II sex offender, requiring him to register his address every six months for 25 years after his release. Sentencing is scheduled for November 6.
