Dublin City Schools Pauses Plan to buy Cardinal Health building for $37 Million

DUBLIN, Ohio-Dublin City Schools is halting plans to purchase Cardinal Health’s 250,000-square-foot headquarters for $37 million to convert it into a new high school. The decision follows opposition from the city’s planning commission regarding the necessary zoning and code changes to repurpose the building. Superintendent John Marschhausen cited that the required adjustments and investment now seem impractical.
