A former Ohio National Guardsman will spend more than two decades in prison after a jury convicted him of sexually assaulting a minor.
Steven Vicario, 40, has been found guilty by a Delaware County Common Pleas Court jury of two counts of rape, two counts of sexual battery and one count of tampering with evidence. The jury acquitted Vicario of one count of rape and one count of sexual battery.
