Greater Cincinnati teen found competent to stand trial for neighbor’s murder

A 13-year-old boy accused of killing his neighbor has been found competent to stand trial. The teenager appeared in juvenile court on Thursday for a hearing regarding the case. He’s accused of fatally attacking 64-year-old Denise Tenpenny in her Fairfax home in February. Her body was discovered in her bed with a pillow covering her head.
