BUCYRUS, Ohio-A new program called Crawford CEO (Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities) is set to launch its business and entrepreneurial initiative for high school students within the next month. Designed for juniors and seniors from all seven school districts, as well as home-schooled students, the program offers hands-on experience in running real businesses, including managing sales and finances. Launched on October 11, 2022, Crawford CEO is modeled after the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship in Effingham, Illinois. The program aims to educate students, enhance workforce readiness, and boost local economic development while connecting them with community leaders through mentorship and guest speakers.
