WARREN, Ohio-A couple has pleaded guilty to federal charges related to exploiting minors. The main perpetrators used deceptive schemes, including false claims about medical treatment and creating fictional identities, to manipulate a 13-year-old victim. The man, who was living in a halfway house and has previous convictions, also victimized a 10-year-old in a separate incident. Both defendants are scheduled for sentencing in January. The case was investigated and prosecuted by the U.S. Southern District of Ohio.
