Dale-Riggs Funeral Home announced the public memorial services for Kei’Mani Latigue on Wednesday in what is expected to be a massive showing. The public is invited to honor Kei’Mani with a walkthrough memorial at the West Toledo YMCA on Tremainsville Road on Friday. It’s scheduled from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
