SHELBY, Ohio-Michelle Schmerge, 34, of Sidney, was indicted on September 24th by a Shelby County Grand Jury on multiple felony charges related to incidents involving minors aged 13 and younger that occurred in July and August. She was arrested on August 28th, with her bond set at $150,000 (10%). A jury trial is scheduled for November 19th in the Shelby County Common Pleas Court.
