An eighth grade student at Woodward Career Technical High School was arrested Wednesday afternoon after police found them in possession of a toy gun.
The student, whose identity was not disclosed, has been charged with inducing panic after they were found with a plastic gun, according to Cincinnati police Lt. Jonathan Cunningham.
Cunningham previously said police were responding to the high school to investigate a report of a student possibly with a gun, although officers didn’t find a firearm.
