She was last seen on May 17 and is believed to be in the Toledo area. Meighla is described as approximately 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighing 115 pounds, with brownish-red curly hair and blue/green eyes. She was wearing black jeans and a black jacket when she left her foster home.
