UNIONTOWN, Ohio-An 11-year-old girl who went missing on Friday was found safe after a drone search conducted over the weekend. Uniontown Police issued a be-on-the-lookout alert and received assistance from various local agencies, including the Uniontown Fire Department and Akron, Massillon, and Summit County police. Police announced the girl’s safe recovery on Sunday evening. The foster parent provided a statement to 19 News regarding the incident.
