March 22nd, 2024 MIDDLETOWN, Ohio-The Ohio Butler County Sheriff says the young kidnapping victim is from Honduras and was living with a sponsor in the City of Middletown, Ohio. It is believed that she and Isauro Garcia Cruz were allegedly involved in a “relationship. Details regarding when Cruz kidnapped the victim are currently unknown; however, the investigation led detectives to Bedford County, where the missing girl was found on Monday, March 4. Cruz has been arrested for warrants out of Ohio for felony kidnapping, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, gross sexual imposition, interference with custody, as well as, contributing to a minor for having consensual sexual intercourse with a child 15 years of age or older, and contributing to the delinquency of a child, in Bedford County.
