A family of six has been braving the winter without heat at the Carver Park Apartments in Cleveland’s Central neighborhood.
Chaelah Rosenberg said she and her children moved into the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority property in July.
She said since they moved in, neither the A/C nor heat has worked.
“They told me it was an issue with them needing a part because it was a third-party company, but I hadn’t received any other information,” Rosenberg said. “They said they would let me know once they knew and we are in January of 2025, so I guess we’re still waiting on the part.”
