ELIDA, Ohio-Pending board approval, Elida High School has named Ryan Howard as the new head coach of the boys basketball program. Howard, who has served as a varsity assistant for the past six years, including three years under Denny Thompson and the last three seasons under Matt Tabler, will step into his first head coaching role. Elida Athletic Director Dave Evans expressed confidence in Howard’s passion for the program and community, highlighting his strong work ethic, commitment, and dedication to success at the highest level.
