On Thursday, Jan. 30, McDonald’s restaurants in the Steubenville area will donate funds from sales to support Rosalie Martin’s family.
Rosalie, who was four years old, died as a result of a stray bullet that went into a local business that she was visiting when local police were involved in a “shootout.”
The incident occurred after police received a call about a suicidal man in the area, who opened fire on police when they attempted to make contact.
