BAY VILLAGE, Ohio-On June 19, officers responded to a report of a toddler found on Walmar Drive. A woman who was walking in the area discovered the young child, who was alone in pajamas on the street. Police located the child and the woman, and although upset, the child appeared unharmed. The Bay Village Fire Department was summoned to assess the toddler’s condition while officers worked to locate her home.
