A couple from Brilliant was indicted separately by a Jefferson County grand jury on two counts of felony child endangerment.
On Sept. 28, Joseph Michael Reese, 27, and his wife, Star Mikeal Reese, allegedly left their 2-month-old baby in his bouncy seat for 12 hours while they used narcotics.
Wells Township Police say that after the couple used drugs, they went upstairs to bed with their other two children.
