East Liverpool police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man they say was seen driving dangerously with a small child on the front of a motorized bicycle in the Avondale area. The police department posted a photo on Saturday, showing a bearded man and a child on a bike. Officers say they attempted to stop the man, but he fled with the child on the bike. Due to the presence of the child, officers did not pursue the bike.
