A 13-year-old boy has been charged in the killing last week of a 64-year-old woman in her Fairfax home.
The teen, who also lives in Fairfax, is charged in Hamilton County Juvenile Court with murder in the death of Sheila “Denise” Tenpenny. Authorities said in a release the teen broke into her home and killed her.
Tenpenny, who officials say lived alone, was found dead inside her home off Germania Street the morning of Feb. 2.
