COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP, Ohio – A 17-year-old boy from Strongsville, Dominick Galarza, died late Sunday night following a crash on Columbia West River Road in Columbia Township. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Dominick was driving a 2011 Ford Fusion when the vehicle went off the road, struck a guardrail, and rolled down an embankment around 11:04 p.m. He was extricated from the vehicle and taken to Southwest General Health Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
