RIPLEY, Ohio-Two children sustained minor injuries in a boat explosion and fire in Brown County, according to the Ripley Fire Department. The incident occurred near Eagle Creek Marina off Elk Drive and U.S. 52 in Ripley, with first responders called around 12:30 p.m. Saturday. The children, accompanied by two adults or guardians, were airlifted to a hospital and later released. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is investigating the incident.
